Dancersise!
This class utilizes the joy of dance and the spirit of fun to promote
good health and mental balance. We will dance to music from Hip-Hop and
Latin to Broadway and Jazz. No dance experience necessary.Just a love of music and
dance. Please wear sneakers or jazz shoes and comfortable clothing.
Adult Tap:
This class is designed for the adult beginner or those that have tapped in the past and who want to brush up on skills that might be a tad rusty. The class will focus on learning basic steps, patterns, and rhythms of classic tap and learn a bit of history and the greats that made this style of dance so popular. Great for adults of all ages who want to learn while finding joy in that fascinatin’ rhythm! Wear clothes that are comfortable to move in and not too baggy. Tap shoes are required.
