Join a community of other expectant women as you prepare body, mind, and spirit for the
journey of motherhood. Come relax
your way into motherhood with postures that benefit you and your baby. No prior yoga experience necessary. This class is especially important if
you are preparing for natural child-birth.

Class Descriptions
  .Sunrise Yoga: 
Welcome in a new day with sunrise yoga.  This class will awaken and bring
clarity to your body, mind and spirit using asanas to guide your body
from rest and relaxation to refreshed and renewed. Sunrise yoga is
welcome to all levels.

Inspired Yoga Flow:
A flowing style of Yoga designed to inspire and rejuvenated! Taught
in an uniquely interdisciplinary ry approach to Yoga, this
all-inclusive course honors each student's individual needs with
nurturing hands on instruction and uplifting music. Fundamental
postures are explored linking the breath with meditative movement
creating flow and ease and the silence and space to listen to your
body's awareness unfold. Meditation and supported relaxation techniques
will also be explored. Open to all levels of study.


Holistic Yoga

whether you are an advanced yoga student or brand new to yoga, come experience a
class that is nourishing to your body, mind, and spirit.  Come build strength as well as
flexibility as the two work synergistically in the body.  Whether you want a powerful workout or a
relaxing hour, you will find it in this class that is open to all levels.

Dancersise!

This class utilizes the joy of dance and the spirit of fun to promote
good health and mental balance. We will dance to music from Hip-Hop to
Latin beats.No dance experience necessary.Just a love of music and
dance.
Please wear sneakers or jazz shoes and comfortable clothing.

Intro Adult Ballet:
A formal ballet class with the adult student in mind.  Beginner/Intermediate level with an emphasis on personal health and fitness, artistry, and skill development.  This class encourages adult students to focus on muscle strength and development, as well as challenging the mind through the traditional dance sense.  Ballet, barre, stretches, and combinations across the floor help the student to achieve a new level of work out without putting a strain on their bodies.  Students can wear leotard and tights, yoga pants and t-shirts, or any other workout apparel is accepted in this class.

Gentle Yoga For Wellness:
This gentle yoga class focuses on improving your mental, spiritual and physical wellness. Class includes gentle pranayama, asanas, guided visualization and instruction on healthy eating and wellness practices.

The Alexander Technique

The Alexander Technique is a method which can help you perform all your usual activities without unnecessary tension. It can be applied to sitting, standing, walking, lifting, speaking - to whatever you do during your day.
